Safety

Extensive safety features were installed in 2009 to gain an HMO Licence. This Licence was renewed in October 2019 for a further 5 year period. An HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) requires fire doors, a wired fire alarm system with sensors in each room, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and an emergency lighting system.

Refurbishment

Extensive refurbishments have been ongoing with triple glazing having been installed to all elevations.  Rooms are regularly redecorated, carpets are cleaned for new tenancies. A new roof in October 2016 now completes external refurbishments.
